If an item is faulty please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide pictures to the email address: sales@littlesunshinedesigns.co.uk

Please make sure to read the sizing guide for clothing before ordering. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate an exchange in size, this may not always be possible.

We do not accept refunds/ returns on any personalised items. Please be sure to double check all personalisation details are correct before ordering as we will print what is written and will not accept refunds or a replacement if this is incorrect.

Many of our home decor items are made out of glazed ceramic meaning that there could be slight imperfections, such as air bubbles, additionally products may differ slightly from the product photos, in colour, shape and size, as natural materials are used. However, this does not mean the item is faulty it instead makes each one perfectly unique. ​​

Sale items are non-refundable.​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that you retain your proof of postage in the event that your return gets lost in transit.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. As long as your item is unused and in original packaging, then your refund will be processed and you will be refunded the purchase amount to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
 

Please note that we cannot offer you a refund if an item does not arrive by a specified date. Unless the item is deemed lost by the courier, refunds will only be processed if the item(s) in question meet the requirements listed above.
